Joe Anderson is a visionary leader with unparalleled global experience. Following a successful career in the US Army where he commanded Infantry units from company through Corps-level, Joe gained additional business and management experience with Wynnchurch Capital, Beacon Global Strategies, McKinsey & Company, Sequoia Holdings, Dataminr and SOS International. He has a well-earned reputation of driving results and managing complexity while building teams and networks along the way.
A graduate of the United States Military Academy, Joe also earned a Master of Science degree in Administration from Central Michigan University and a Master of Arts degree in National Security and Strategic Studies from the US Naval War College. Additionally, he attended the Senior Executive Education Course at the University of North Carolina’s Kenan-Flagler Business School. He is a visiting professor at Northwestern University’s Medill School of Journalism and the George Washington Library Leadership Institute.
Joe’s situational adaptability was evident as he fulfilled military roles that were equivalent to civilian Chief Operating Officer positions. His leadership experience is recognized internationally for honor, merit, service, peacekeeping and defense cooperation. His selfless service continues as a Director for the Tragedy Assistance Program for Survivors, Patton Veterans Project, Feherty’s Troops First Foundation and TRIBAL App.

Senior Vice President – Business Development
Randall Wickman is a veteran of three decades of active duty military leadership and experience. Randall served in every infantry leadership position through brigade command and multiple chief of staff positions.
Randall retired from the Army in 2020 having most recently served four years on the Army Headquarters Staff and a Secretary of Defense Task Force. Wickman is a seasoned expert in managing large complex organizations for senior leaders, as well as the Army training systems, program and budget.
Wickman holds master’s degrees from Columbia University in Organizational Psychology specializing in organizational change management, and Norwich University in Diplomacy. Wickman’s undergraduate degree is from Ripon College in Politics & Government.

Henry "Bill" Bennett
Chief Operating Officer
Bill Bennett is a leader with diverse experience in both the military and industry. Bill has led military units in the US and Southwest Asia, provided interagency intelligence support to US policymakers and managed the test and acquisition of major DOD systems. Since retiring, Bill has established a strong record of delivering high quality services to DOD, Federal, and Intelligence Community customers while exceeding growth and profit goals. Bill’s industry experience includes running profit and loss business units with Lockheed Martin, CGI, TASC, and AECOM.
A graduate of the United States Military Academy, Bill also has degrees from the Johns Hopkins School of Advanced International Studies, the National War College, and the University of Vienna. Bill has supported the transition of veterans to industry through a variety of venues, including American Corporate Partners.

Chief Technology Officer
Eric Brown is a proven senior leader and manager with over 25 years of analytical expertise supporting global operations, budgets, policy, capability development and talent management. Eric has successfully led diverse workforces in high-paced, demanding environments on both the Army and Joint Staffs.
He is a graduate of Morgan State University with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Electrical Engineering and the Naval Postgraduate School with a Master of Science Degree in Operations Research and Systems Analysis.
Eric is a subject matter expert in requirements-based capability development and the Planning, Programming, Budget and Execution (PPBE) process. He is a strategic minded leader that leverages analytics and his strong functional expertise to deliver data driven, resourced informed decisions that translate into effective cost saving solutions.

Brian Jones is a proven leader with 30+ years of operations and management experience. Following a successful career in the U.S. Army where he commanded Infantry units at both Battalion and Brigade-level, Brian gained additional leadership and management experience in both the defense sector and with Amazon Fulfillment. Brian has a well-earned reputation of delivering results while consistently exhibiting bias for action and earning the trust of both partners and team members.
A graduate of the United States Military Academy, Brian also earned advanced military studies degrees from the United Sates Army Command and General Staff College and the United States Army War College. Rob Weaver is a senior executive with more than 25 years’ experience growing and developing business opportunities, while leading large diverse defense organizations. He brings wide-ranging national security, defense experiences and demonstrated multinational experience, including strategic planning and communication at the Army and joint level.
He graduated from the Pennsylvania State University with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Mineral Economics. Rob earned a Master of Science Degree in the Management of Technology from Murray State University and a Master of Strategic Studies from the United States Army War College.
Rob is a subject matter expert in supply chain management to include procurement and acquisition experience. He is skilled at delivering optimal solutions, solving complex problems, collaborating across multiple organizational levels and leading cross functional teams.

William (Will) Wade is a 29-year Army veteran of active duty organizational leadership and management. Will served as a maneuver officer from platoon leader to battalion command and held various key staff positions.
Will retired in 2020 from the Armed Forces after serving on the Army Staff at the Pentagon. Will is well versed in managing multiple portfolios and leading specialized teams to deliver quality projects.
Will holds master’s degrees from Columbia University in Organizational Psychology specializing in organizational change management, and Kansas State University in Adult Education. Will’s undergraduate degree is in Liberal Studies from the University of Montana.

Director, Fires Business Unit
Joseph Miller is an accomplished career military officer with over 20 years leading Soldiers and enabling maneuver through Fires dominance.
Joe has significant combat experience from the tactical to strategic level and a unique grasp of the inner workings of the Pentagon and the Department of Defense. Joe has served in many roles effecting great change in tactical unit capability and progress leveraging senior leader decision cycles to positively impact service members worldwide.
Joe’s most recent experience was with Department of the Army Headquarters, Current Operations Directorate, before having retired from the Army. Joe’s previous assignment for the Office of the Secretary of Defense was with the Close Combat Lethality Task Force managing the Human Performance effort. In this role Joe was critical to finding and applying research dollars to programs that accelerated needed performance research to the operational level. Joe was further able to cultivate relationships inside procurement and research channels that helped academia and industry break into the DoD Human Performance arena.
Joe’s undergraduate degree is from the University of Montana, Missoula in Business Administration and Marketing.

Tammy Golan Lempel
Tammy Lempel is graphic designer and marketing professional with more than 15 years of experience in the defense and aerospace industry. Tammy’s design resume includes work for the Jet Propulsion Laboratory within NASA, the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives, Health and Human Services, the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development and the U.S. Department of Energy.
Tammy has previous design and marketing experience working with fashion industry clients, law firms, healthcare industry, academia, information technology companies and the food service industry.
Tammy is currently the Executive Assistant for the President and CEO of RSGS as well the designer for the company web page, marketing materials and trade show production.
Tammy is a graduate of Touro College with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Desktop Publishing and Web Design.
