JOSEPH ANDERSON
President & Chief Executive Officer
Joe Anderson is a visionary leader with unparalleled global experience. Following a successful career in the US Army where he commanded Infantry units from company through Corps-level, Joe gained additional business and management experience with Wynnchurch Capital, Beacon Global Strategies, McKinsey & Company, Sequoia Holdings, Dataminr and SOS International. He has a well-earned reputation of driving results and managing complexity while building teams and networks along the way.
A graduate of the United States Military Academy, Joe also earned a Master of Science degree in Administration from Central Michigan University and a Master of Arts degree in National Security and Strategic Studies from the US Naval War College. Additionally, he attended the Senior Executive Education Course at the University of North Carolina’s Kenan-Flagler Business School. He is a visiting professor at Northwestern University’s Medill School of Journalism and the George Washington Library Leadership Institute.
Joe’s situational adaptability was evident as he fulfilled military roles that were equivalent to civilian Chief Operating Officer positions. His leadership experience is recognized internationally for honor, merit, service, peacekeeping and defense cooperation. His selfless service continues as a Director for the Tragedy Assistance Program for Survivors, Patton Veterans Project, and Feherty’s Troops First Foundation.

HENRY "BILL" BENNETT
Chief Operating Officer
Bill Bennett is a leader with diverse experience in both the military and industry. Bill has led military units in the US and Southwest Asia, provided interagency intelligence support to US policymakers and managed the test and acquisition of major DOD systems. Since retiring, Bill has established a strong record of delivering high quality services to DOD, Federal, and Intelligence Community customers while exceeding growth and profit goals. Bill’s industry experience includes running profit and loss business units with Lockheed Martin, CGI, TASC, and AECOM.
A graduate of the United States Military Academy, Bill also has degrees from the Johns Hopkins School of Advanced International Studies, the National War College, and the University of Vienna. Bill has supported the transition of veterans to industry through a variety of venues, including American Corporate Partners.

ERIC BROWN
Chief Technology Officer
Eric Brown is a proven senior leader and manager with over 25 years of analytical expertise supporting global operations, budgets, policy, capability development and talent management. Eric has successfully led diverse workforces in high-paced, demanding environments on both the Army and Joint Staffs.
He is a graduate of Morgan State University with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Electrical Engineering and the Naval Postgraduate School with a Master of Science Degree in Operations Research and Systems Analysis.
Eric is a subject matter expert in requirements-based capability development and the Planning, Programming, Budget and Execution (PPBE) process. He is a strategic minded leader that leverages analytics and his strong functional expertise to deliver data driven, resourced informed decisions that translate into effective cost saving solutions.

MARK RUPERSBURG
Vice President of Engineering
Mark Rupersburg is a leader in defense and aerospace, and automotive markets. In addition to supporting large product OEMs and successful, recognized programs, Mark is an innovator and entrepreneur who has founded and led several start-ups.
With a BSME at Wayne Statue University and graduate studies at Stanford University, Mark has experience in hardware, software, simulation, and business. He’s developed and led high-process engineering teams in support of both defense and commercial product programs, worked closely with functional teams across large organizations, and supported many programs at various stages in their product life cycles.
A recognized leader in Modeling & Simulation (M&S), Mark has developed people, processes, and infrastructure for teams supporting both functional and program organizations, as well as support for M&S and innovation centers.

BRIAN JONES
Director, Homeland Security Solutions
Brian Jones is a proven leader with 30+ years of operations and management experience. Following a successful career in the U.S. Army where he commanded Infantry units at both Battalion and Brigade-level, Brian gained additional leadership and management experience in both the defense sector and with Amazon Fulfillment. Brian has a well-earned reputation of delivering results while consistently exhibiting bias for action and earning the trust of both partners and team members.
A graduate of the United States Military Academy, Brian also earned advanced military studies degrees from the United Sates Army Command and General Staff College and the United States Army War College. Additionally, he earned a Master of Science degree in Administration from Central Michigan University.
Brian’s core competencies include leading and managing operations, cross functional leadership, long and short term planning, strategic risk management, organizational effectiveness, distribution and fulfillment operations, and complex problem solving.

ROBERT WEAVER
Director, SPIKE Business Unit
Rob Weaver is a senior executive with more than 25 years’ experience growing and developing business opportunities, while leading large diverse defense organizations. He brings wide-ranging national security, defense experiences and demonstrated multinational experience, including strategic planning and communication at the Army and joint level.
He graduated from the Pennsylvania State University with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Mineral Economics. Rob earned a Master of Science Degree in the Management of Technology from Murray State University and a Master of Strategic Studies from the United States Army War College.
Rob is a subject matter expert in supply chain management to include procurement and acquisition experience. He is skilled at delivering optimal solutions, solving complex problems, collaborating across multiple organizational levels and leading cross functional teams.

CHRISTINA CASTILLO
Director, Air & Missile Defense and Counter Unmanned Aerial Systems (Counter-UAS)
Christina Castillo is a leader with a diverse background with 15+ years experience in the military and within industry. Christina has served and led various Army units as an Air Defense Artillery Officer from Battery level through Division level staffs. She continues to serve in the United States Army Reserve.
A graduate of The Citadel, Christina earned a Master of Arts degree in Operational Leadership from the University of Texas-El Paso and a Master of Arts Degree in Global & Interagency Studies from the University of Kansas.
Christina is a subject matter expert in subject areas such as air & missile defense, planning, operations, and requirements-based capability development. Christina’s core competencies are project management, marketing, and strategic problem solving.

TAMMY LEMPEL
Sales & Marketing
Tammy Lempel is graphic designer and marketing professional with more than 15 years of experience in the defense and aerospace industry. Tammy’s design resume includes work for the Jet Propulsion Laboratory within NASA, the Bureau of Alcohol, Tobacco, Firearms and Explosives, Health and Human Services, the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development and the U.S. Department of Energy.
Tammy has previous design and marketing experience working with the fashion industry, law firms, healthcare industry, academia, information technology companies and the food service industry.
Tammy is currently the designer and manager of the RSGS company web page, social media, marketing materials and trade show production.
Tammy is a graduate of Touro College with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Desktop Publishing and Web Design.
