DOD SKillbridge Brochure

DOD SkillBridge programs provide our retiring and transitioning Service members the opportunity to participate in industry training programs while transitioning out of their Military careers. 

The DOD covers Military pay and benefits during a Service member’s time in a SkillBridge program, providing an invaluable experience for the Service member and the Industry Partner. You may be eligible to participate in SkillBridge if you have 180 days of service or fewer remaining prior to your date of separation and you have at least 180 continuous days of active service.

As an DoD authorized SkilllBridge organization since 2020, RSGS both hired veterans looking for the next career step after military Service or assisted them in moving on to other fulfilling opportunities. 

 

We strongly view SkillBridge as a mutually beneficial partnership. We have learned and continue to learn much from prior participants to include Randall Wickman (CGO from March '20 - December '21), Eric Brown (August '20 - present, Currently CTO), Joe Miller (July '20 - April '21), Mike Polanski (June - December '21), John Maher (February - June '22) and Christina Castillo (January '23 - present, currently Director of Counter UAS Business Unit.)
