AEWE 2021

WEATHER FORECAST:

EVENT COVID-19 PROTOCOLS:

Rafael Systems Global Sustainment, LLC (RSGS) is committed to keeping AEWE ’21 participants, visitors and staff healthy and safe.  On January 14th we will be following the Center For Disease Control guidelines:

 

  1. Anyone with any of the following symptoms are asked to stay home so as to not place others at risk:  fever or chills, cough, shortness of breath or difficulty breathing, fatigue, muscle or body aches, headache, new loss of taste or smell, sore throat, congestion or runny nose, nausea or vomiting, diarrhea.
     

  2. Participants, visitors and staff will be questioned upon arrival to the site if they have any of the symptoms listed within the last 24 hours; and, if they have come into contact with anyone suspected to have COVID-19 within the last two weeks.
     

  3. Participants, visitors and staff will have their temperature screened upon arrival.
     

  4. RSGS will provide visitors a basic safety kit:  facemask, hand sanitizer and ear plugs.  Masks will be worn at all times except only to eat or drink.
     

  5. Hand sanitizing stations will be set up throughout the site but specifically near break or restroom areas.
     

  6. Participants are to remain dispersed and 6 feet apart to avoid person to person contact at all times. 
     

  7. All events will be held outside or in well ventilated areas.
